My story
A different woman in every stage
Behind every woman who wants to look better is a woman who wants to feel better and reconnect with herself.
I’ve lived through many of the stages of a woman’s life firsthand, and the ones I haven’t reached yet, I walk through alongside my patients, guided by my training and experience. I’m a mother of four, and my children arrived at two very different times in my life: at 25 and 27, and then at 39 and 40. I breastfed each of them for more than two years. I’ve been through personal crises and reinventions, including moving to the United States in 2019. Here, I started over from scratch. I earned my nursing degree, a master’s, and a doctorate, and completed the coursework and licensing requirements to become a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist, all so I could practice in a new country and a new language while raising my family.
I’ve always been physically active. Over the years, I’ve run marathons and half marathons, trained with weights, and practiced yoga, and movement and self-care are still part of my daily life. Every stage has pushed me to keep learning and refining my approach, first to feel better myself, and then to help other women feel their best at every stage of their lives.
I’ve been a different woman in each stage: pregnant, breastfeeding, focused on my career, or trying to juggle it all at once. There were times when that stage, my surroundings, and everything demanded of me consumed me so completely that I felt I had lost part of who I was. And there were times when I felt I could get it back and achieve anything. That’s why I know we women can reinvent ourselves and start over stronger, drawing on everything we’ve lived. Behind every woman who wants to look better is a woman who wants to feel better and reconnect with herself: her vitality, her self-expression, her strength, her character, her determination, her drive, and her purpose. That’s what I aim to nurture in every consultation, beyond aesthetics.
That’s why I founded Dr. CV Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine in Coral Springs: a boutique practice where I personally care for you, in English or Spanish, with an approach that combines aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, hormonal health, peptides, and nutrition. My goal is for your results to look natural and reflect how you feel on the inside.
